Tiniest Sleeper Program
— Age 0 – 12 weeks —
The newborn stage is magical but unpredictable. This program helps you understand early sleep cues, set gentle foundations, and feel confident through those first weeks.
Support may include live classes, newborn resources, and personalized 1:1 coaching—tailored to your family’s needs.

Growing Sleeper Program
— Age 4+ months —
As babies grow, sleep can feel unpredictable. This gentle, responsive program is tailored to your family’s needs—whether you’re facing regressions, nap transitions, or bedtime battles.
Our proven coaching approach helps create smoother routines with a high success rate for lasting rest.

Biggest Sleeper Program
— Age 2+ —
Toddler sleep often means big feelings and bedtime battles. This program uses gentle methods to bring calm and consistency, with routines tailored to your child’s unique needs.
With added insight from occupational therapists, our approach supports better rest and growing independence—without power struggles.
In-Home Care & Sleep Support
This deeply supportive package combines the expertise of a newborn care specialist, doula, and sleep consultant to provide comprehensive, hands-on guidance for families who want more than virtual help alone. Whether you're a first-time parent or managing life with older siblings, this offering brings confidence, clarity, and calm to the newborn stage—right in the comfort of your home.

Options for Twins/Triplets
If you have multiple children needing support, we’re happy to put together a package that meets each of them where they’re at. We’ll take each child’s developmental needs into account and create a plan that supports your family dynamic as a whole.
HSA or FSA
Can I use my HSA or FSA for sleep support?
Yes! Many of our families have successfully used their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our sleep support services. While sleep consulting is not automatically covered, it can be eligible for reimbursement if you provide a Letter of Medical Necessity from your child’s healthcare provider.
How to do it:
- Ask your child’s pediatrician to complete a Letter of Medical Necessity (we provide a template!).
- Pay for your sleep package out-of-pocket.
- Submit your invoice + the letter to your HSA/FSA provider for possible reimbursement. Need the LMN template? Click here
