Kadie— what a life saver! My little bubs was waking up 4-6 times a night and super restless around nap time. I was exhausted. With a business to run and a partner working night shifts, I was feeling completely burnt out and overwhelmed. Kadie gave us not only practical advice and tips to help my daughter and us sleep better, but also provided the mental and emotional support that I still resort back to now. I am a holistic mother and disagree with harsh sleep training methods, but Kadie personally drafted out a simple and super effective plan that still has my daughter sleeping well to this day. I still go back to all of Kadie’s methods when we go through a sleep regression and it still works an absolute charm. She sleeps through the whole night like a dream! I now have hours to spare during the night to do my own self-love and self-care routines, and have gained a few extra hours in the day to catch up on housework. I could not recommend Kadie enough for parents who desperately need a bit of time back to get the rest we all so deserve.
